I am currently working on my BSc (Hons) in Geophysics, after completing my BSc in Geology and Geophysics at the University of Auckland.
I worked on a research project through 2013-2014 regarding the seismic analysis of landslides with Kasper Van Wijk.
I have also worked as a research assistant on a short term project, obtaining 1-D velocity models for a geothermal field in the Taupo Volcanic Zone using VELEST to solve the joint hypocentre-velocity inversions. This was in order to better study and locate microseismicity in the area.
I am working towards specialising in volcanic and geothermal oriented geophysics, with an eye towards management of the opportunities and hazards of New Zealand and similar systems.
